This is Archie. He wasn't an easy dog to start with — reactive on the lead, no recall to speak of, convinced every dog and stranger he met was either a threat or a party waiting to happen. Working through that with him properly, not just managing it, is what turned training from a job I do into a method I actually trust. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all training. Every dog I work with gets a plan built around them, not a script.
